Enrolments are open for Cambridge School students for Cambridge English exams [Cambridge: First (FCE), Advanced (CAE) and Proficiency (CPE)] held in June.

The deadline for enrolment is 7th April for June exams (FCE/CAE/CPE).               

IELTS is accepted by the majority of British, American, Australian, New Zealand and Canadian universities and colleges as proof of the applicant’s level of English.

Today it is an increasingly international exam; university courses in Business and other areas in Portugal and elsewhere also require the IELTS exam as proof of an applicant’s level of English. The exam is held regularly throughout the year and results are available 13 days after taking the exam. IELTS is also accepted in the job market and for immigration purposes.

The Cambridge School’s rolling entry IELTS course offers a comprehensive analysis of a student’s level and helps them prepare for the skills required in the exam, as well as helping them improve in areas such as speaking, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and comprehension of English. When they feel prepared, and on the advice of their teacher, the students enrol for the exam.

Cambridge School offers summer intensive courses in English, French and German with the following dates:

Funchal:
2 – 29 July and 2 – 29 September
